1.維護和跟蹤當?shù)鼐W(wǎng)點日常運營，并反饋總部
Daily CP operation management and feedback.


2.根據(jù)總部整體網(wǎng)點規(guī)劃，落地執(zhí)行網(wǎng)點的開發(fā)，關閉，改善等決策
Implement service network planning, acquisition, exit and improvement policy according HQ CP management strategy.


3.日常輔導網(wǎng)點,指導和規(guī)范網(wǎng)點管理工作，達到BSH要求的網(wǎng)點服務技能
Daily guiding for CP on service SOP to meet the requirement from BSH HQ.


4.分析、評估及提升網(wǎng)點的服務績效，持續(xù)提高質量和顧客滿意度
Analysis, evaluation and enhance CP service performance, to improve service quality and consumer satisfaction.


5.支持區(qū)域網(wǎng)點的營銷能力提升，推動網(wǎng)點達成營收目標并獲得更高收益
Improve CP sales and proved necessary support, enhance CP to achieve sales target and gain a higher benefit.


6.反饋網(wǎng)點賦能和培訓需求，并協(xié)調組織培訓
Collect training requirement from CP and coordinate training team to implement training.


職位要求：
Job Profile：


1.大專及以上學歷，至少3年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗。
College and above, at least 3 years working experience.

2.至少1年領導力及項目經(jīng)驗。
At least 1 year Leadership Experience and Project Experience
